Under section called Federal, go to

  1. Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C
  2. See income reported there of $X
  3. Hit Edit/Add
  4. Click Revisit on `Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099`
  5. Say `Yes` to `Did You Receive Any Other Wages`? and click `Continue`

and follow along. The issue is that I never see a delete button or even $X anywhere anymore. After the form is complete and I am back to Federal, I still see $X listed under `Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C`
