One last follow-up here. In building out my balance sheet, I have hand money and inspection funds that were pulled prior to year-end related to the closing in early January. How are each of these categorized in here? I was going to build-out short-term other assets for the hand money, but not sure whether I'd categorize the inspection cost as a prepaid or intangible.
