So, I take this to mean that Form 514 is available in TT for PRINTING, but unsupported as far as EFILE goes. However, Form 514 (according to Oklahoma Tax Commission and downloaded 514-Pkt.pdf) MUST be efiled. Which leaves me stuck.
If that is the case, you can't use TurboTax. You would need to use other software or go to a tax professional.
