Apologies. It's because I posted from inside TurboTax online directly, and not via the community login. The dialog box said 'check you email to confirm your question was posted' or something like that. Of course, I never got an email. So I did it again. And never got an email then either. Only today did I find this community forum login. It's confusing. I did end up with a video chat with an agent to demo the problem/bug and she was very helpful and promised to email me back today - but I never got a reply. I'm really not confident there is a good way to report calculation bugs in TT, and I'm pretty sure this is a bug and not my error. I bet 99.9% of people would just file anyways without checking TT's math.
