Can't efile "Intuit having difficulty recognizing data in the return you are sending"
My TT Business is up to date [phone number removed]). As far as I can tell, all the federal and state (Maryland) forms used in my business filing are available on the IRS or state websites. Yet I still get the following message from TT when I try to file. I get a similar rejection when I try to print: "Th Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. Make sure your TurboTax program is up-to-date. If you still can't transmit your return, go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or workaround. In some cases, you may need to file this return by mail. - Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available. - TurboTax Business is not ready tor process Tax Year 2021 for this return" This is exceedingly frustrating, and makes me wonder what I paid for. I'm about ready to get the forms from the IRS/state and fill them out myself just using TT as a guide.
From a customer experience standpoint, TT has dropped the ball. The software should be giving me DETAILS about exactly WHY I can't file yet. Not a generic message that tells me nothing and leaves me frustrated. Intuit, like most companies lately, don't seem to consider the customer experience in the slightest when designing their products and services.
