I am curious as well. I found the form in Turbotax Business and it is accurate. I can save/print a PDF copy, but NY says we need to file it electronically or risk being penalized... Does the form get filed with the NYS Tax return? I could not find a definitive answer.
Filers
Partnerships must electronically file if they meet all three of the following conditions:
- prepare tax documents themselves, without the assistance of a tax professional;
- use approved e-file tax software to prepare their return or extension; and
- have broadband Internet access.
If you file by paper and meet the above conditions, you will be subject to penalties.
