Neither TurboTax nor anyone here in the community has any way of knowing if you have satisfied your state tax obligations. Ask your tax advisor. Show him the proof of payment that you have, and ask him if he still thinks you owe state tax or have to file a state tax return. If he still thinks you have to do something, ask him to explain why. If he forgot something, you can remind him. If you can't rely on your tax advisor, you need a new tax advisor.
