I moved between California and Virginia in 2021 and each state requires you to complete a part-year resident tax form along with an attached schedule for further details, for VA it says on Form 760PY the date where I can e-file it but for the schedule it says cannot e-file, does that mean I can't use Turbotax for VA state filing?
