you need to file form 8865 which is not supported in Turbotax. you'll probably need the services of a tax professional to make sure that the items that affect your taxes are properly entered in your return and that the proper sections of the 8865 are completed. it's filed with your 1040 so you will not be able to e-file.

as you will read in the instructions there are different categories of filers. each has different sections of the 8865 which must be completed.
do not ignore filing. the potential penalty for failure to file is $10,000 for each year up to a maximum of $60,000 per year if the IRS notifies you of the failure and you fail to respond timely.
