I'm having a similar issue but I don't see anything about a 1099-NEC.
I'm being asked to enter Misc. Expences Other into the field for one of my businesses.
First off, TurboTax really needs to fix the issue with the very narrow form that you have to scroll through.
It's nearly impossible to figure out where to find what you're looking for.
If I understand correctly, it wants me to enter the number on that form into the little field under "Check this entry." Is that right? If so, if the number is already there, why am I entering it into the field on top?
(I couldn't see how to start a new topic so I'm jumping on this thread.)
