Form 100S is a California S Corporation Franchise or Income Tax Return. The Schedule K-1 is slightly different depending on whether it comes from a trust, partnership or S corporation. However, all K-1s provide detailed information about the type of income, tax deduction or loss so you can accurately report the information on your tax return.
Where do I enter a K-1 that I received? @mikejstein
If the Schedule K-1 packet you received included additional information about states where the partnership operates and generates income, you may need to report that income by filing non-resident returns in those states. Every state has its own requirements regarding income earned by nonresidents, so you will need to investigate the filing requirements for that state and decide whether you should file a state return.

You should have a federal K-1 to enter on your personal return. If the CA K-1 has specific information for the CA state return, it can be entered on the state return. TurboTax will transfer the data entered on the federal return to the state returns.
