Hi all,
Client has presented a federal K1 1st short year, for an investment in "angel investors fund" 0.2% partner share. $10k invested with the only entry on k1 is interest income. Amount of $9.00. Line 5.
But, attached is a PA state k1 (Form NRK-1(07-20). It does not show any entries and not even the $9.00.
Do I file a PA NR tax return, I hope not!
