@Kimbyk Type 'schedule c' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to schedule c'.

If you have not set up your Business yet, you will be asked a few questions about your Business. 

Choose 'Add Income for this Business'.  

On the next screen, indicate you want to enter a 1099-NEC (screenshot).
