you can tell the app a little fib. say you did not receive any 1099-NECs then it will come to a screen where you can enter sales proceeds. enter the total of the two or right click on the box so you can enter some detail such as name and amount. the alternative is to enter the first 1099-NEC. after finishing click continue and there should be an icon/link to click on to enter another1099-NEC. note only the total amount appears on schedule c. the data you entered for the 1099-NEC does not get transmitted to the IRS. it's for your records only.
