It's possible that you have duplicate Form 1099-G entries, one of which may need to be deleted. To do this:
- Log back in to TurboTax Online
- Click Pick up where you left off if this screen appears
- Click on Tax Tools in the left panel
- Click Tools
- Under Other helpful links, click Delete a form
- Locate any duplicate Form 1099-G's and delete
Form 1099-G, Certain Government Payments, is used to report, among other things, unemployment compensation and state or local income tax refunds, credits, or offsets. Because Form 1099-G has multiple uses, it can be input into different areas of the TurboTax program.
