I get the same thing in NJ.

As a Turbo -employee "specialist" said my computer date was OK, All my forms were OK to e-file, all the program update were OK but I still cannot e-file the State returns only Federal work. So I filed by mail and made a charge back with my credit card for false advertising. I will not use Turbo-Tax anymore I hope the manager who let these obvious bugs will be fired. Why pay good money for such bad product and for a company not able to correct quickly bugs.
