Schedule B, Line 12....... answer Yes and enter the forgiven PPP/EIDL amount
Schedule K, Line 16b..... enter the forgiven PPP/EIDL amount
Schedule M1, Line 5a.... enter the forgiven PPP/EIDL amount (ignore the word "interest")
Schedule M2, Col (a) AAA, Line 3….. enter the forgiven PPP/EIDL
