No, as the Employer processes your payroll based off of what you filled out on your W4 and gave to them. This form is specific to you only and your choice as to how to fill it out. It is purely to "hope" that your employer is withholding enough on your behalf. If you omitted something and were "over-withheld", then the IRS has more of your money during the course of the year (including the required minimum withheld. Single taxpayers typically have far more withheld than MFJ or DPs. You're fine!
