Schedule E is available and ready to use.  I have not experienced this issue, Some actions to try to help eliminate your issue.

  1. Close TurboTax and re-open.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies, and your browsing history (do this often).
  3. Try a different browser - Google Chrome works very well.
  4. Now try going to the Rent, Royalties, .... to see your rental activity or to enter it.
