Still having same issue, Form 8960 will not update despite receiving e-mail ( repeatedly ) from intuit that the form is updated and ready, 'check for update' says I am up to date.

 

Re installed software per representative and  still needed update and same error.

 

Adding insult to injury my 'case was closed' even though it has not been resolved.

 

Awaiting solution as of Feb-11-2021 9:12am EST ~Scott
