also consider that while you can submit your return in early January to TT assuming all forms you have in your return have been finalized. there it will sit on TT servers until the IRS opens e-filing in late January. haste makes waste. I have seen more threads on this forum from people who filed early but still not getting their refunds than threads about the same issue from those that filed later.
