Business & farm
A sole proprietorship or single member LLC is considered a disregarded entity by the IRS. All such business income and expenses is reported on SCH C as a part of your personal 1040 tax return. Under not circumstances does the owner of a disregarded entity issue themselves a W-2, 1099-MISC or any other type of tax reporting document. There are no exceptions.
