But your reply about the tech support is not correct. Clicking the Help Center button on the software takes you to the generic community forum page on the website here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/file-with-turbotax/discussion/03/303?loc=NoCurrentTopic¬_found=...
There is no call back feature, it just lets you browse questions and post questions, just I did here with this question on the forum.
