Basically I am faking out TurboTax so that they think I'm making a new one, but hit print and mail so that I do no get two money back returns from the government. Then I amend and file the amendment electronically so that the government receives and understands the amendment even though I did my original taxes through my CPA. This basically ensures I do not take more money than I should, but also ensures they receive and review the amendment?
