This forum is for assisting with the use of the software and clarification of tax law. You may need to consult with a Certified Public Accountant in your local jurisdiction for issues with payroll. Also, florida doesn't tax personal income - though you may have to pay some things like Unemployment Compensation and the such to the state, for your employees - usually on a monthly or per-pay-period basis. You need to consult with a CPA so you don't end up out of business because of the fines and penalties that will be assessed if you mess it up.
