Here is where you will edit the information. Go to:
- Federal
- Select income and Expenses
- Scroll down to Rental Properties and Royalties
- Select Start next to Rental Properties and Royalties (Schedule E
- edit the rental summary of the property
- now you should see a screen that says Review your XXX Rental Summary
- Select Sale of Property/ Depreciation revisit. Here is where you will edit the information regarding your land cost.
