I believe I typed in the name of the company in that area of Turbo Tax where one enters 1099. So, perhaps that's the issue. It was several months ago when I filled out that portion of the TurboTax forms (where one inputs 1099 income forms). I don't recall a question or area where one can enter a dollar amount of income from an unknown source.
So, I guess instead of finishing my taxes today - I need to go back and redo them again. What a PITA.
