Create a deduction that is descriptive and makes sense to you. Follow these steps.
- Under the Federal taxes tab, click on Deductions.
- At the screen Your deductions, under Business expenses, click Start/Update to the right of All other expenses.
- At the screen All other expenses, create a deduction titled Automobile expenses - mileage.
