Are you asking about calculating the depreciation expense on new rental property?
- Under Review you rent summary, click Update to the right of Assets / Depreciation.
- There are several questions to answer about the property to be depreciated.
- At the screen Asset Summary, click Show Details to see the full details of what you entered and make sure that you have entered information correctly.
