Since you're using the online version of TurboTax Self-Employed, all of your business income and expenses are dealt with in the Business Income & Expenses (SCH C) section of the program under the Business tab. In fact, after you finish entering all your personal information under the "My INFO" tab, the business section is the very first thing you'll deal with.
