Hawaii Real Estate s-corp ceased operations when my Hawaii broker license expired end of 2016. Last transaction occurred December 2016. Form 966 Articles of Dissolution authorized January 2017 and filed February 2017. Also need to know what date I should enter on Form 966 line 7a (Last month, day and year of final tax year)?
