I've been looking at this same message for a couple of weeks now. It is frustrating and it's hard to understand since the forms supported the QBI deduction much earlier last year. The availability list shows Form 8995-A will be available 02/20/2020 although it shows Form 8995 as already available. Form 8995 is the one I'm using - which is somewhat confusing.
We'll see what happens in a couple of more days...
