You can download your worksheets in TurboTax On-Line after submitting your returns, but they don't make it easy. To do so, in the main "Tax Home" menu,
1) Click on "Add a State" (or "Amend (change) return"). This will open some options along the left side of the screen,
2) Click on "Tax Tools" which will open more options,
3) Select "Print Center" and then click on "Print, save or preview this year's return"
4) In the next window "TurboTax Print Center" (why is it so hard to get here?), check the boxes for Federal and State returns.
5) A number of print options open up, one of which is "Include government and TurboTax worksheets". Check this box.
6) Click on "View or print forms" and you will see your returns and all worksheets.
This works as of Feb, 2020. I was also able to get forms and worksheets for 2018 by starting with "Amend (change) return".
