Charles is a retired AMTRAK emloyee, When I enter Charles's RRB-1099-r, it gets to a certion page that says: What is the earliest age Charles could retire if he was not disabilitied. HE IS NOT DISABLED.
I am a sposual annutant, when I enter my RRB-1099-R ,FIRST, all Charles info populates the form, then it askes me the same question about being disabled.
