I am having the same issue. I got my software from Costco, but have also tried uninstalling and then downloading from your website using my license code with no success.
I also tried calling Turbo Tax after using the link that you have provided, using a support ID that was given to me. However, when I call, the automated system says that the specialist will call me back because of a long wait. A specialist did call me back, but she could not hear me. This has happened twice, and the phone issue is not on my end.
Can you help? I would like to have get a solution as soon as possible.
