Clearly from other exchanges this is a real issue.  If Intuit cannot resolve this import issue in a reasonable time (a week or two) and requires the user to input the other partners' information, then as a minimum they should address that inputting this data does not mean  that a change in management structure has occurred.  As is, this situation effectively puts Intuit into a position that their software is more or less useless to a business filing as a partnership (for which Intuit should offer a refund).  One would think the broad implications of this software feature to business would be recognized by Intuit and garner the highest priority in resolving.
