I have an AWESOME customer service rep who is trying to communicate with tech and tech is putting us on a wild goose chase. I told her, this has to be resolved because this is an issue of EPIC proportions and will most likely make the news. She fighting tech back on our behalf. IT IS NOT A USER ERROR!!!!! On hold....
