If I am reading this correctly, it does not sound like you need to file a 1099 or a W-2 by 01/31.   You only need to do that if you either 

 

  • Paid employees (you have none, so not necessary) - they get a W-2 
  • You paid someone else for goods or services over $600 - they get a 1099-Misc

The money you earned will be filed on your personal tax return (Form 1040) on Schedule C, but you have until 04/15 to file that.
