Do I need to file a separate schedule C for a smllc holding company with no income, just some Startup cost or can I combine the holding company and wholly owned operating companies on one schedule C?
They are both disregarded for taxes and currently have no employees however, the operating company has to pay excise tax.
* I also keep separate books for each entity.
