@txorpayer , having read through all of the above, I am perplexed -- if a CPA / tax professional has been preparing your return, surely they would have record of all the filings - why not get from there? What is it your are trying to do? From your question it appears you do not have a record of all the documents used in preparing your returns--yes? IRS record / transcript will essentially show the filed return line for line -- but not show each of the 1099-misc used to file schedule-C or schedule-SE.
