Business & farm
get professional help. can't conceive of how TT would allow filing a business return for a sole proprietorship.
not only that but if you have a "business partnership" is it a partnership or S-corporation.?
if it is a partnership not only would your 1040 return be wrong but the other partners would not have received their k-1's to properly report their share of items. in addition to filing a business return, if a partnership or S-Corp, that income is supposed to be included on your 1040.
your tax knowledge is sorely lacking. can't even be sure you have a partnership or just a single member LLC that has not elected S Corp status. a pro can take you through the record keeping requirements and the proper tax returns that should be filed
