@Jeet4 while generally agreeing with @Critter , I am just wondering what are you trying to do -- how does USCIS get involved in the making of an LLC? Are you trying to employ others or trying to be self-employed or what? What visa are you on? When did you enter the USA and from which country? What State ( because LLCs are formed under state laws) ?
