Need quite a lot more information. The 2106 is for employee business expenses. Did you claim any? Be aware that job related expenses for a W-2 job are no longer deductible starting in 2018, with "RARE" exception. Basically, if you're not military or disabled, you don't qualify for any W-2 job related expenses.
