Business & farm
Thank you for your lengthy respond. I have an online skincare retail business for 2 years as a sole proprietor. I just recently set-up an LLC in California and looking into tax treatments for the LLC before filing for a new EIN (since the new partner would not allow the classification to be a disregarded entity). I don't know if should file as S-Corp or partnership for tax purposes? and what to do with my old entity (sole proprietorship)? Would it be easier to dissolve it rather than file for a sale of business into the new legal entity?
