So, joeygrover, each k-1 entry would bear its own tax id, not that of the cover/summary K-1. I was going to id the FEIN on the "name" line along with an abbreviated reference to the specific PTP but I'm now thinking it would be best to enter each specific ID on the Employer Tax id line
