@aggravating - The 1099-R interview after the summary screen asks for the prior years non-deductible basis and should be auto-filled with the carryover basis if you transferred 2016 to 2017. If it transferred from 2016 that amount should be on the "IRA Info Wks" line 12. If not there then it did not transfer from 2016.
