I am an S Corp but did not enter my company-paid health insurance on my W-2. How do I enter the correct info? K-1 has the expense deducted.

My K-1 is correct and includes the healthcare expense deduction.  I need to add the amount to my W-2 Box 1 and Box 14 info?  Do I also add it to Box 16 for state wages?  Will it flag if the information enters does not match the W-2?
