The personal editions of TurboTax do not support the preparation of S corp tax returns (Form 1120S). To prepare Form 1120S you must use TurboTax Business for Windows, there is no Mac version available:

For your personal tax return, any CD/download version of TurboTax can be used to prepare your personal tax return. As for online versions, TurboTax Self-Employed is likely the best choice although Deluxe or Premier might be sufficient depending on the nature of your sole-proprietorship. If you start with one of the lower online versions and your entries indicate that a higher version is needed, TurboTax will prompt you to upgrade.
