It addresses the names & address you used on the original CA return ... it is either the same or different.
Are you changing from a separate to a joint return ? You cannot switch from a joint to a separate return after the filing deadline.
If you are new to filing military returns you may want to get some professional help for the first tax year.
And TN doesn't have a state income tax so you will not file that one. And CA can be tricky to file a separate return due to the community property rules.
