When you entered your K-1 from the trust, did you indicate that it was a trust rather than an S Corp on the screen Tell Us About Your Schedule K-1? See the screenshot.
If somehow a K-1 from an S-Corp has been created, you can delete the form in your return.
- Go
to My Account at
the top of your screen. From the drop-down, choose Tools
- In
the Tool Center, choose Delete A Form
- In Review Form List, find the Corporation K-1 Worksheet, and choose Delete. See the screenshot.
- On the
screen Delete Selected Form, select Delete. After the screen Form Successfully Deleted, go back to the forms list, and
verify that the form has been deleted.
